                            Audiostanding is seeking motivated, professional, and results-oriented
                            Independent Sales Consultants to introduce qualified organizations to
                            the Audiostanding Beneficiary Program.
                        </p>

<p>
                            This is not a salaried or hourly employment position. It is an
                            independent contractor opportunity offering immediate commissions,
                            monthly performance bonuses, or long-term residual commissions.
                        </p>

<p>
                            Audiostanding will provide qualified leads, training, sales scripts,
                            marketing materials, and access to the Audiostanding Sales Consultant
                            Portal.
                        </p>

                            Sales Consultants may also develop their own qualified prospects and
                            professional relationships, subject to Audiostanding's lead attribution,
                            duplicate lead, and approval policies.

                            Responsibilities
                        </h2>

                            <li class="mb-2"> Applicants must have the ability to place direct outbound calls to nonprofit organizations in the United States using a reliable telephone system. A professional IP phone or VoIP service is strongly preferred. Applicants are responsible for maintaining their own calling equipment and telephone service.</li>
                            <li class="mb-2">Contact and follow up with leads provided by Audiostanding.</li>
                            <li class="mb-2">Clearly explain the Audiostanding platform and Beneficiary Program.</li>
                            <li class="mb-2">Conduct discovery conversations with prospective organizations.</li>
                            <li class="mb-2">Learn about each organization's mission, audience, content, and existing resources.</li>
                            <li class="mb-2">Schedule and conduct telephone or video presentations.</li>
                            <li class="mb-2">Help qualified organizations understand the registration, verification, approval, and product submission process.</li>
                            <li class="mb-2">Guide prospective beneficiaries through onboarding.</li>
                            <li class="mb-2">Follow up until the organization completes the qualification process.</li>
                            <li class="mb-2">Maintain accurate notes, appointments, statuses, and follow-up dates in the Audiostanding Sales Consultant Portal.</li>
                            <li class="mb-2">Build professional and trustworthy relationships with assigned prospects.</li>
                            <li class="mb-2">Develop additional qualified prospects through personal and professional relationships when appropriate.</li>
                            <li>Follow all Audiostanding sales, communication, privacy, and compliance policies.</li>

                            Compensation Plans
                        </h2>

<p>
                            Applicants select one of two mutually exclusive compensation plans prior to activation. 
                            The selected plan applies to all Qualified Beneficiaries recruited under that agreement, 
                            and a consultant cannot receive compensation from both plans for the same beneficiaries.
                        </p>

                            Qualified Beneficiary Commission
                        </h2>

<p>Under both compensation plans, a Sales Consultant earns:</p>

<p class="h4 font-weight-bold text-primary">
                            $50 for each Qualified Beneficiary
                        </p>

<p>
                            A lead, appointment, registration, verification document, or beneficiary
                            approval by itself does not qualify for the $50 commission.
                        </p>

<p>
                            For compensation purposes, an organization becomes a Qualified
                            Beneficiary only after all of the following requirements are completed:
                        </p>

<ol>
                            <li class="mb-2">
                                The organization was properly assigned, introduced, or recruited by
                                the Sales Consultant under Audiostanding's lead attribution rules.
                            </li>
                            <li class="mb-2">The organization completes its Audiostanding registration.</li>
                            <li class="mb-2">
                                Audiostanding reviews and approves the organization as an eligible beneficiary.
                            </li>
                            <li class="mb-2">
                                The approved beneficiary submits at least one eligible digital product.
                            </li>
                            <li>
                                Audiostanding reviews and approves at least one product from the beneficiary.
                            </li>
                        </ol>

<p class="mb-0">
                            The $50 commission becomes earned only after Audiostanding verifies that
                            all qualification requirements have been completed.
                        </p>
                    </div>
                </div>

                            Option 1: Monthly Performance Bonus Details
                        </h2>

<p>
                            For consultants selecting <strong>Option 1</strong>, Audiostanding expects active consultants 
                            to work toward recruiting approximately one Qualified Beneficiary per business day.
                        </p>

<p>The monthly production quota for Option 1 is:</p>

                            20 Qualified Beneficiaries per calendar month
                        </p>

<p>
                            When a Sales Consultant reaches at least 20 Qualified Beneficiaries
                            during a calendar month, the consultant earns an additional
                            <strong>$25 performance bonus for every Qualified Beneficiary completed
                            during that month ($500 total bonus at 20 Qualified Beneficiaries).</strong>
                        </p>

<p>
                            The $25 bonus is retroactive to the first Qualified Beneficiary completed
                            during the applicable month.
                        </p>

                            applicable commission payment schedule and remains subject to
                            verification, adjustments, refunds, reversals, fraud review, and the
                            Independent Sales Contractor Agreement.

<p>Successful Sales Consultants should be prepared to:</p>

                            <li class="mb-2">Maintain complete and accurate Sales Consultant Portal records.</li>
                            <li class="mb-2">Work toward approximately one Qualified Beneficiary per business day.</li>
                            <li class="mb-2">Target at least 20 Qualified Beneficiaries per calendar month.</li>
                            <li class="mb-2">Participate in required training and performance discussions.</li>
                            <li class="mb-2">Communicate honestly and accurately about Audiostanding.</li>
                            <li>Protect confidential lead, beneficiary, customer, and company information.</li>
                        </ul>

                        </h2>

<p>
                            Selected applicants must review and electronically sign Audiostanding's
                            Independent Sales Contractor Agreement and select their preferred compensation plan before receiving lead assignments
                            or accessing Sales Consultant features.
                        </p>

<p>Once approved and activated, the consultant may receive access to:</p>

                            <li class="mb-2">Lead contact information</li>
                            <li class="mb-2">Communication history</li>
                            <li class="mb-2">Follow-up scheduling</li>

                            <li class="mb-2">Beneficiary registration and approval progress</li>
                            <li class="mb-2">Product submission and approval progress</li>
                            <li>Commission and performance information</li>
                        </ul>

                            Access is limited to records assigned to or otherwise authorized for the
                            Sales Consultant.
                        </p>

                            Contractor Termination and Earned Residuals
                        </h2>

<p>
                            Audiostanding may suspend or terminate the independent contractor
                            relationship in accordance with the Independent Sales Contractor
                            Agreement.
                        </p>

<p>
                            When a consultant on Option 2 is terminated without cause, the consultant may no
                            longer receive new leads or earn commissions from future beneficiary
                            recruitment. Residual rights already earned and vested before termination
                            may continue according to the agreement.
                        </p>

<p>
                            In cases involving fraud, misrepresentation, misconduct, policy
                            violations, unauthorized activity, manipulation of beneficiary records,
                            misuse of confidential information, or other termination for cause,
                            Audiostanding may cancel unpaid commissions and future residual payments
                            as permitted by the agreement.
                        </p>

<p class="mb-0">
                            Audiostanding may modify, replace, or discontinue compensation plans for
                            future activity. Compensation and residual rights already earned and
                            vested will be handled according to the applicable written agreement and
                            compensation plan.

                                Strong written and verbal communication skills
                            </li>

                                Reliable access to a computer, telephone, high-speed internet, email, and

                                Ability to maintain accurate lead notes, appointments, and follow-up records
                                in an online sales system
                            </li>

<li class="mb-2">
                                Availability to perform consistent outreach during normal business hours

                                Ability to work independently without daily supervision
                            </li>

                                Willingness to complete Audiostanding training, follow approved sales scripts,
                                and comply with all communication and lead-management policies
